  • International Shipping: 7–14 Business Days.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from a MODERISE partner facility, you will receive an official tracking number via email.

  • Note: Tracking updates may occasionally pause for 3–5 days while the package is in transit or clearing customs. This is a standard part of international logistics.

  • Express Priority Shipping: €14.99 (For customers who want priority processing and premium carrier handling).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Customers: For orders under €150, VAT is typically managed at the point of sale via the IOSS system, meaning you should not face additional charges upon delivery.

  • Non-EU Customers: Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Our Delivery Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority at MODERISE. If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of the shipping date, we will offer you a full refund or a free reshipment of your order.
