1. Return Conditions

    • If approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the item back to the supplier (AliExpress).

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the issue is our fault (defective/wrong item), we cover return shipping.

    • For buyer’s remorse returns, the customer pays shipping.                        

      3. Refunds

      • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

      • Processing time: 3–10 business days (varies by bank/payment provider).

      • If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive a full refund.

      4. Non-Returnable Items

      • Customized/personalized products or hygiene items (if unsealed).

      • Products damaged due to misuse.
